Shipping Information

Shipping is available on the majority of the components featured on our eBay site. We will also ship nationwide and have a number of incredibly competitive delivery options to meet any shape, size, or value of purchase.

Worldwide delivery is available on some items; however, if the item you want to buy does not have a shipping option to your country, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping is normally only available for our smaller products; larger items, such as door panels will be 'collection only'.

All items are shipped within 3 business days; please contact us if you want any components immediately.

Other options including bank transfer or cash on collection may be available upon request.

Returns

Unsuitable goods may be returned to us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or credit, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items returned to Station VTEC after seven days from the date of receipt may be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee (this does not affect your statutory rights).

• Unless it is determined that we made a mistake, in which case we will pay the return postage, otherwise you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return the item to us.

• Items are to be returned unused and in their original condition

IMPORTANT: All returns need to be done through the Resolution Centre within eBay. If you wish to return an item, request a return and we will respond and issue you a returns authorization number. When returning the item(s) to us, please include the following information:

• Your name and address

• Full username and date of purchase

• Reason for return

• RMA number obtained through the eBay resolution Centre

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or damaged in transit. Please retain your proof of postage etc.. as you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.
