This is a women's cycling set which consists of a jersey and matching shorts. The jersey features a full length front zipper and an elastic waistband with silicone grip on the inside to prevent the jersey from riding up. It has 3 open back pockets on the back. 

The shorts are padded and also have the silicone grips on the legs to prevent the legs from riding up. 

 

Both are a women's size small.  The jersey, when measured while laying flat it is 18" from armpit to armpit and 27" from the back of the neck to bottom hem. The shorts are 12 1/2" across one side of the waistline and are 18" long. It was measured while laying flat and unstretched.
