ORIGINAL VINTAGE 80'S ONE-OF-A-KIND RAINBOW BRITE DRESS UP TICKLED PINK PROTOTYPE DOLL

She comes complete with:

- Original Dress with golden metallic fabric to winged straps. It might have been a star to her frontal shield, but unfortunately it’s not there anymore, that’s why there’s a lighter shadow where the star used to be;

- Original Rainbow Striped Body Suite;

- Original Quilted Boots with golden metallic trim.

- Replacement Yellow Ribbons.

The 20” doll for sale has been compared with a 10” Tickled Pink doll by Mattel (which she’s just photographed for comparison reason, not included in the auction), where you can see that dresses & boots are made within the same exact material.

Very peculiar is the the way the bodysuit for the 20” doll has been made, sewing a 3-colour swatch together with another.

It’s definitely a PROTOTYPE / NOT A CUSTOM MADE DOLL.

She has 1983 HALLMARK CARDS INC. engraved to her nape. She’s unbranded, her body doesn’t have any label like the Mattel ones.

Condition: She is very clean / very good played with condition. Paint loss to her lips & eyes.
