The accepted payment methods are as follows:

In case of purchase you will receive an e-mail message with all the instructions relating to the payment of the item. In case of non-payment from the 7th day we will open a procedure for ONP (non-paying bidder) and from the 10th we will close it with an unpaid item notification and put the product back on sale.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer without a VAT number has the possibility of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the following conditions .

The right of withdrawal expires:

* For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
* Even partial use of the asset and any consumables
* For failure to return the receipt sent in the delivery package
* The lack of the original external packaging and/or internal packaging
* The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
* Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated below. The Communication may also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

1. the manifestation of willingness to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
2. the indication of the product/s for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
3. the data relating to the means of reimbursement of the amount paid: Pay Pall address, or bank details of your current account (to allow the refund of the amount due).

To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address "PIANGIARELLI E QUINTABA' srl – Contrada Montalbano, 13C – 62100 MACERATA"

Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.

Responsibility
We assume no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered to the carrier.

The technical information inserted both in the advertisement and in the packaging, are obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the articles included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any notice.
The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the delivered objects may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods run out.
The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified by email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we will make use of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

The prices of the products displayed are VAT included.

Shipping abroad
Shipments abroad to private consumers without a VAT number will be made at the insertion price including VAT.
