TMC2208 is an ultra quiet two-phase stepper motor driver chip, continuous driver current 1.4 A, peak current 2 A, voltage range 4.75 V-36 V, 256 subdivision.

The flexible microplyer interpolation unit offers up to 256-subdivisions, enabling perfect sine control even in systems with limited pulse frequencies; faster engine acceleration/deceleration than StealthChop, these were also developed because the ultra-quiet StealthChop2 technology is widely used in 3D printing.

Compatible with existing 3D printer electronics. With a standard step/dir interface, it is easy to use. It can replace the original TMC2100 A4988 DRV8825 LV8729.

Note:

1.The TMC2208 driver needs an additional fan to cool it, otherwise it can be destroyed by the high temperature.

2.Do not connect the motor when measuring the voltage, otherwise the driver may be easily burned.

3.When measuring the voltage, the power supply should be connected, do not just connect the USB power supply.
