Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions

All returns MUST be authorised by Serco Pty Ltd before goods are returned. Please contact one of our helpful staff and they will give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number which must be enclosed in return parcel.

If you are unhappy with any goods puchased, simply return the item to us within 30 days, provided the goods are in the condition you received it we will exchange or refund the goods.

Items will only be accepted for exchange or refund if returned in the original as received condition. Goods returned must not have been used/fitted or modified in any way. They must be in their original, complete, unmarked packaging and in a resellable condition. All returns are made at the expense of the buyer.

Please Note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Serco Pty Ltd. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.

Shipping & Delivery

Here at Serco we do our very best to get your order processed and dispatched in a timely manner, so you have your products as soon as possible.

Here are a few things to take into consideration about our Shipping & Delivery:

Orders placed before 10am will be processed and dispatched same day. Any orders placed after this will be processed the following business day.

Our warehouse is in full operation on weekdays. All lead times do not include weekends and public holidays.

In the unlikely event that a product you've ordered is out of stock we will be sure to get in touch with you to let you know and process a refund for your order.
