It is not marked, but tested sterling silver. Possibly made by some unknown artist.

Beautiful unique piece

Excellent condition. There is some tarnish to the silver, but i did not polished it as it looks nicer as it is imo, but if wanted it can be polished easily with silver polish and a cloth.
