TUFF II ALLOY FLANGE MAGS in decent condition comes with Shimano freewheel, both spin good but should be serviced, front wheel has light overspray, 1 spoke has a good size crack, it must have gotten caught on something back in the day. Otherwise just a few minor scuffs. Damage is in picture 4
