Shiny and bright are the paint and decals.  I don't see anything missing, but please check out the pictures.  It is being sold as pictured.  The tank looks intact, and the key to hold it to the flatbed is perfect.  The only thing is that the first wheels of the tractor's rear wheels are elevated.  It may not look odd because many tractor trailers keep sets of wheels elevated. Perhaps the wheels could be straightened out by using a hair dryer to heat the plastic chassis and applying a bend to it..  It is made in Japan.

I actually think the tank itself is worth the price.
