File Bitrate	The recording bitrate can be compared to the framerate of videos. Lower bitrates mean smaller file sizes but decreased recording quality. Higher bitrates increase recording quality but take up more room on the recorder.
File Format	Choose between MP3 and WAV. MP3 files are compressed and take up less room but can mean lower quality. WAV format is uncompressed, meaning a higher quality but larger file size.
File Length	Choose how long each recording is. Longer recordings risk losing more recording time if the battery runs out before the recording can be saved.
Recording Timer	Set to automatically record for a specific length of time each day for up to 999 days.
Time & Date Stamp	Sync the time and date of the recordings with your computer.
