This Vtech Go Go Smart Wheels toy is named Howie the Happy Hot Rod.   The on/off switch is on the bottom.  When you turn it on you hear the Hot Rod start then go into a song singing about going to a cool car show after the first song it will pause then sing more songs  The front windshield will light up too. **See picture of lit up windshield**
