OK everyone I have here Archie Horror Comics "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" #4, 4th Print. Writer: Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, Artwork: Robert Hack, Lettering: Jack Morelli, and Publisher: Jon Goldwater. 

All my comics that I will be listing now and in the future are from my personal and private collection. They were stored and kept in the same condition as when I purchased them on the date they were rolled out on sale.  See pictures for full details. The comic book will be shipped in a protective sleeves and protective comic board for protection during shipping. I would like to say that my comics are in near mint to mint condition with a rating of 7.0 or better. But since I am not a professional grader on comic books the best, I can say is that the books are in perfect condition. I have not taken any of my comics to CGC to have them rated professionally. So, the description I give on the conditions can be taken as an opinion. You would have to judge yourself from the pictures I provide. So, if you are looking for a guarantee that the comic books, I am listing will be 10/10 than do not purchase from me.

PLEASE READ! BECAUSE OF EBAY'S PAYMENT MANAGEMENT ALL PACKAGES WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED. PAYMENTS USUALLY CLEARS WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS. IF THIS WAITING TIME IS NOT ACCEPTABLE DO NOT ODER FROM ME. 

If Purchase is made before 1 PM on Saturday I will make sure I drop it off at the post office before closing time at 3 PM. This will give extra time for delivery to be made even quicker. To make sure I drop it off, I always give a confirmation to my customers that the package has been packaged and will be shipped. If no confirmation is given than the item will be shipped first thing Monday morning. This is my promise. For fast and quick delivery, I usually ship same day or next business day. 

While I will do my best to send all items that are purchased safely and securely and since, I have never had any of my shipments damaged during shipping as per prior feedback from prior customers. No guarantee will be given for orders that are damaged during shipment due to mishandling by either USPS or FED EX. I will not issue refunds for items damaged upon arrival. So if you are looking for a guarantee that shipment will arrive safely and undamaged during the delivery to the destination and if you’re a collector looking for this same guarantee do not order from me. 

I review my listings and prices daily. I may change my prices on my listings by either increasing or decreasing them without notice in accordance with current eBay and marketing prices without notice. I do this to make sure I get the best value price for the products I sell.

PLEASE READ: Once an offer is accepted by either myself or the buyer, the payment for the purchase is expected within 72 hours. I will send out three courtesy invoices within the 72 hours. But right after that 72-hour window is up and payment has not been made, with no messages on why payment has or cannot not been made, I will place a non-payment case on your account with eBay. Bear in mind a non-payment case places a mark on your account and starts a procedure that if the practice continues the buyer's account will get restricted or suspended. I apologize to my regular customers but this is becoming common with certain buyers.
