These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. 

International Shipping / Carrier:

  • All international orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL.

  • If you choose Free Shipping or Domestic Rates, we will use USPS for US Protectorates like Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, American Samoa, Virgin Island (US), etc. We will ship via FedEx or DHL to these locations if you choose International Shipping Rate.

  • Extra shipping cost: Some areas overseas and the US Protectorates are more expensive to ship to than other areas in the same country. In such cases, we might ask the customer to pay an extra shipping fee. We have the right to cancel the order if the buyer refuses to pay the additional charge.

International Shipping / Customs:

  • We do not under-value our merchandise or mark it as a gift on customs forms. This is against the law.

  • Every country has different customs rates and laws. This is the buyer's duty to the government. Customs is the international buyer's responsibility. Buyers should check with their country’s customs regulations with respect to any and all import tax/duties/customs fee/carrier fee etc.. before buying. We will NOT be responsible for any customs and/or carrier charges and no refund will be made.

  • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company before delivery or collected when the item is picked up by the customer. Unless specified on checkout, these fees are not included in the shipping charges.

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees or carrier charges, and the package ends up being returned back to us, we will charge the buyer for any customs fees, plus shipping and handling costs incurred, i.e. buyer will be partially refunded. 

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the package gets lost or held by customs, no refund will be issued. We do not issue a refund until the package is delivered back to us and inspected. 

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 days Return Policy under the following conditions:

  • All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original manufacturer’s packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.

  • If an item has been opened and/or used, a minimum 20% restocking fee may apply. 

  • A return will not be accepted if the item arrives back to us with any missing items, or returned with any visible or functional damages.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery. Please ensure that your return shipments are securely packed and fully insured. Also, do record your return tracking number so that you can trace its movement accordingly. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost by shipper/carrier, or are damaged by the shipper/carrier.

  • Please note - we keep records of all our device IMEI numbers, so please make sure that it is our item that you are shipping back to us. Please do not confuse it with any other phone or one bought from another seller. 

  • Important: Please remove your Google account or any other accounts and/or passwords/PIN and reset the device back to factory settings. If you do not remove your account, the phone will be locked to your account email address and we won't be able to access the device. We reserve the right to charge a fee to have the accounts removed by a third party.  

Unless specified in the listing, our phones are international models and come with a  warranty only in the country of origin. eBay offers to purchase a 3rd party warranty on all of our listings with Squaretrade.

We are not responsible for Warranty claims.

  • Our items might come with an International Charger. In this case, a generic North American adapter will be added to your order for free.


Network Compatibility 

Customer is responsible for his own network services as of today or if any changes are to be made in the future. Please make sure! to check your network compatibility and your network requirements, network bands, 4G LTE, VoLTE, or any other requirements of the network you are using. 

Also note that our phones work with GSM networks only (not CDMA).


We are not responsible in any way if the device is not compatible with your chosen network.


Refunds:

Returns are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item by our warehouse. After receiving your refund confirmation email, please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your method of payment. Refunds cannot be made to any other account besides the original method of payment.

Disclaimer:

Item must be returned within the same condition it was received. No refunds will be applied to devices damaged by the buyer or altered in any way.

All personal accounts including iCloud, Google and Samsung accounts must be removed off of the device prior to returning the item back. No refund will be applied to any device that has any personal accounts linked to it. Instructions on how to remove personal accounts can be found with the purchased item.
