Your new purchase will ship from Hoeilaart, a residential neighborhood just
outside of Brussels, the Capital of Belgium. It comes from a completely smoke free
environment.
For shipping destinations located outside of the European Union, your package will
need to go through your country’s customs. Please keep in mind that you will be
responsible for the payment of your custom duties if applicable.
We do not falsify custom declarations - The true values will be indicated on the invoice in line with the law and insurance requirements.
WE WILL NEVER ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE THE BUYER REFUSES TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES
By default, shipping is done through the Belgian Post via Standard International
Mail.

All shipping options have a tracking feature unless otherwise stated.
All Payments are due within 48 Hours of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
Shipping occurs 2-3 Business days after payment has cleared to the address associated
with your Paypal account.
The transit duration of your package can vary greatly so timings given are indications only. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays that we have no control over.
Kindly open your package in the presence of the Delivery Person and check for
potential breakages.
In the unlikely event where breakages have occurred, please ensure they are witnessed
by the Delivery Person and noted on the delivery slip.
Pictures should be taken for insurance purposes.
We are unable to claim any type of insurance or compensation should this procedure not
be followed.
We will issue a refund to you ONLY if and when the item has been returned to us in
its original, untampered condition. No refund will be processed before we have
the article back in our possession.
No refunds will be given should the item be returned because of import or Custom duty issues. It is your responsibility to pay for duties and ensure it is legal to import the item you purchased in your country of residence.
The shipping costs of any eventual returns are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
