The members area is laid out into areas. There's the pages area where you can add as many content and blog pages as you wish. There's the shop area that allows you to control the products you sell, and view the sales you make. And there's the config area where you can do things like change the template, add a full domain name, and even create your own logo using the image creation tool

Q Can I get a refund?
A Yes. Within the first 14 days you can request a refund using eBay messaging and it will be provided within 24hrs. Once refunded the site will be removed.

A Yes. You can add a domain name that you own once the site has been built. Instructions on how to do this are in the members area. You still need to provide a Newpurple sub-domain selection at checkout even if you intend to use a full domain.

A No. The site is fully integrated into the Newpurple platform and cannot be hosted elsewhere.
Q Should I sign up with the supplier or purchase the website first?
A Sign up with the supplier. Some suppliers manually verify new accounts and this can take a few days. You may also be rejected. To find the suppliers website either message and the link will be provided or Google the name of the supplier. The supplier name is in the "supplier details" section above.
Q Is it free to sign up to the supplier
A Yes. Newpurple only selects suppliers that have no signup nor on-going subscription charges. They only charge for the goods they sell.
Q Do I need to do any set-up work?
A Yes. There will be some minor config changes to make once you receive the site.
Q Is the site 100% automated?
A No. The site auto imports the products and keeps this side of things updated which is a massive time saver. But you will still need to advertise the site to attract customers, respond to any customer enquiries and deal with any sales you receive.
Q Do customer payments go to you or me?
A Payments go to you. To receive payments you will either need a Stripe or Paypal business account. Both are free to open or upgrade to.
Q Do I need experience?
A Website experience would be helpful but not essential. Understanding how to use your PC, tablet or phone so you can access and use the site is required.
