Also, Canon’s newly developed high-speed “imaging engine” signal processor achieves a high signal to noise ratio to produce high-resolution images with natural color reproduction.

While ably catering to the needs of first-timers with a range of automatic functions, PowerShot S30 also offer a variety of manual operating settings to satisfy the creative shooting needs of intermediate and advanced level users. Great shooting flexibility, from scenery to close-up snaps, is also realized by the space-saving 3X zoom lens, which achieves a broad focal range equivalent to 35-105mm on a conventional 35mm camera.
