The LM35DZ is a widely used temperature sensor manufactured by Semiconductor with a Celsius output voltage. It has a small size, low hardware overhead, high interference immunity and high accuracy. 

The LM35DZ communicates over a 1-Wire bus that by definition requires only one data line (and ground) for communication with a central microprocessor.
