Shipping
US S & H is as listed, insurance is no longer optional per ebay rules and we include insurance in our handling fee for orders that are either breakable or for larger amounts ($100 and up). We usually ship within 2-3 business days, but occasionally may take up to 7 for larger items, breakable items, or if we have many items ending at the same time. We print labels online so you will get a shipping notification when your item ships. We do combine shipping for most items, which should be calculated automatically when you check out, or if it doesn't please request a total from us through ebay after the auctions end.
We typically charge highest shipping and then discount additional items 50%. If you are buying 4 items or more, we will discount shipping some more, please request total through ebay if that is the case. Also, shipping charges are clearly stated, so do not contact us at auction end asking for other shipping methods or lower shipping.
We do not ship internationally first class any longer due to shipping and customs issues. We can ship priority which starts around $25-30 and we do combine shipping. We charge ACTUAL shipping plus $5 flat handling per order to cover extra fees and labor involved in shipping internationally. If interested, please contact us and we can add you to our preapproved bidder list. We do not ship to Italy.

Sales are final, however we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away before leaving feedback. We want all our buyers to be happy with their items; and we will do our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and work with you if there is a problem. Shipping is non-refundable. We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, and do our best to answer any questions. If we make a substantial mistake in our description, we will gladly accept a return.
Please read:
1. Our items come from many sources so we cannot guarantee they come from pet/smoke free homes.Please note that many woolen items have been stored with moth balls over the years. It is often the only reason that antique or vintage woolens have survived to this day as they were not treated as they are today. They used to be stored away come spring and brought back out in the fall to be aired out and used again. If you are very sensitive to smells, you may need to have such items cleaned, so please bid accordingly, as we do not accept returns because items do not arrive freshly laudered. We do try to air things out weather permitting, but keep in mind that storage smells are reactivated during shipping. This is the case with all vintage/used items that have been stored and should generally be washed or cleaned to freshen them up. We list items as we find them. We do try to air out any storage smells, etc, but if you are hypersensitive or allergic to certain smells, please bid accordingly.
2. Buyer gets item, contacts us 6 weeks later to say that it is defective and wants to return it. If you have had six weeks to wear it, use it, or damage it, we will absolutely not take a return or issue a refund. If we missed something, contact us within three days after receiving your item and we will of course take care of it.
3. Our items are clearly listed as used or vintage, so please do not expect items in brand new condition, unless stated as such. We do note any major flaws in description.
4. Buyer claims upon receipt that colors are different. We have no control over computer monitors, so please realize the colors you see on your screen may vary.
5. Buyer claims it does not fit. We have measurement listed, if not, ASK QUESTIONS before bidding. We do not take returns because something does not fit.
If you have any issues with the item you receive, please contact us right away and we will do our very best to fix it. As you can see from our profile, we have many satisfied and returning customers. However, if you have never purchased from us and your rating is less than 20, or you have ANY negative feedback, please contact us before bidding, or we reserve the right to cancel bids.
