●H59 is the cheapest brass with high strength, hardness and good plasticity, but it can still withstand pressure processing well in hot state!

● H59 copper material is a copper alloy with other elements added on the basis of ordinary brass, called special brass, which is still represented by "H", followed by the chemical symbol and average composition of other added elements, and the balance is the zinc content; HAl59-3-2 means that its copper content is 57% to 60%, aluminum content is 2.5% to 3.5%, nickel content is 2% to 3%, and the rest is zinc content. Brass is divided into three types: ordinary brass, special brass and cast brass. Cast brass begins with ZCu followed by the symbols of other elements and their average content.

●Heat treatment specification: hot working temperature 730～820℃; annealing temperature 600～670℃
