Theses are the original Taber Prang prints -- not reproductions

they are much more valuable than the reproductions.

The model for theses two prints was Josephine Anderson as a child.

They were photographed by M.B. Parkinson,

 who worked in the New York City area during the latter part of the 1800s and early 1900s.

 Parkinson copyrighted his prints in 1897

and they were distributed by Taber-Prang Art Company of Springfield, Massachusetts.
