Relays were removed out of a New 6614F Foundation Can that was not used from a bundle purchase out of distribution.  So I am calling it "Open Box" because the items has never been used and has no visual defects other than the screw marks being attached to the Foundation Can.  In addition, items were tested by Jandy and received an addition quality control stamp before being installed in the Foundation Can.  The "New" Relays in the box have no such marking because they were packaged directly from OMRON.
