The 49-key Roland AX-Synth, released in 2009, is part of the classic “AX” line from Roland, a line of keytars made for synth players to have supreme mobility on stage. Despite its compact form factor and portability, the AX -Synth is actually a powerful synthesizer. It features 256 tones and 8 “Special Tones” (including SuperNATURAL, one of Roland's flagship sound engines), which gives you a huge array of sounds to play with. Another great feature of the AX-Synth is its “D-Beam” controller, which is an optical-based motion sensor system that can be used to modulate the sound of the synth. Really cool! The AX-Synth is rounded out with other key modern features, such as USB MIDI , stereo ¼ ”outputs, and velocity sensitivity. The AX-Synth gives you everything you need for performing your synth parts on stage with the ultimate mobility.
This synth is in very good condition, with only minor signs of aging, including some scratches, stains and minor coloration on the body (See photos). The nobs are not the original. The unit has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, who has confirmed the integrity and flawless operation of The unit. All keys, buttons and lights are working perfectly, and the display is fully intact and easy to read.
