Schecter Omen Elite 6 FR Black Cherry Burst Left Handed Electric Guitar

Here for sale we have a Schecter Omen Elite 6 FR left handed electric guitar in Black Cherry Burst finish. Crafted in Indonesia in 2021, this guitar features a Mahogany body with Burl arched top, bolt on Maple neck in Thin "C" profile, Rosewood fingerboard and 24 extra-jumbo frets. The guitar also features a locking Floyd Rose Special 'Hot Rod' tremolo system and Schecter Diamond Heretic humbucking pickups.

The Mahogany body provides a reassuringly weighty feel to this guitar, whilst the body contours and sculpting of the cutaways and neck joint make it very comfortable to play. The thin "C" profile neck plays well and feels slender in the hand. The extra-jumbo frets enable easier bends and vibrato. 

The Diamond Heretic pickups provide us with powerful tones at high gain, with a solid low end and crystal clear mids, perfect for metal and hard rock. The bridge position in particular has plenty of high end bite, perfect for lead lines. The pickups clean up nicely too, with a rich warm tone courtesy of the Mahogany body.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Light scratches on the front face, visible under direct light. Paint chip on the top edge of the front face to the bass side, this can be felt under finger and is visible under any lighting. Light chipping to the sides which can be seen under most lighting. There is a very slight mark on the rear, near the top.

Neck: Visibly worn and chipped paint to the rear of the neck around frets 2-4. Light markings can be seen across the entire rear, mostly concentrated in the region of frets 2-7, lightly felt under the thumb. The fingerboard shows light signs of wear, but is in overall very good condition.

Body: The face of the body shows light markings, visible under bright lighting. The sides and rear show light markings, visible when scrutinising under bright lighting, but generally well concealed by the grain of the wood. There is a small chip to the wood on the bottom edge of the backplate, along with a slight roughness to the treble side bottom corner of the rear cavity.

Condition of Frets:

The frets show indentation in the lower register and a mild flattening of the crown across the whole register, not affecting playability.

Strings on Guitar - 9-42

This instrument demonstrates mild buzzing in the upper register of the bass strings. This is somewhat apparent when amplified. The new owner may choose to raise the action to alleviate this issue.

Full working order. Slight crackling sound when changing between pickups using the selector.
