I DO NOT CANCEL TRANSACTIONS for any reason, most specially when payment has already been made. Please make sure you want the item before agreeing to purchase it. It has become a big problem to me by costing me money and time to relist the items, not to mention that I loose in the process all the potential buyers that are watching my item. So if you win an auction, do a buy it now or make an offer and I accept it, you are expected to honor the deal.

I inspect the item/set thoroughly, and if I find any flaws, I bring them to the potential buyer's attention in my description.
