• Shipping can occasionally take longer than expected, and delivery companies can misplace or lose items. We will follow up all late/missing items with the delivery company, but please be aware this process can take 1-2 weeks or more. At this point your package is in the hands of the delivery company and the situation is out of our control. No refund will be offered whilst any lost items claim is in process.
