TiAL is the highest flowing BOV on the market, CNC machined to the finest tolerance with the highest grade T6061 aluminum alloy. Countless hours of R&D resulted in a blow off valve that can flow a staggering 60% more than competing designs.  This design is vital for the health of your turbo or supercharger under high boost applications.    

The BV50 features a large 1.98" (50.5mm) valve with a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking.  The valve stem and guide are PTFE-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for longevity.  The V-band aluminum mount and stainless steel clamp give a clean, long-lasting and corrosion-free installation.  An over-sized 10mm banjo-style fitting provides for quicker actuator response.  The actuator has a high temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life and reliability.  This BOV is a must-have for hard-core racing enthusiasts!

The so-called pressure relief valve device is to prevent the air compressed by the turbine from passing through the suction when the refueling is stopped.

A device in which the tube runs away in the opposite direction of the turbine. If the pressure relief valve device is not installed, the turbine blades will be damaged by impact. The vent sound with strong impact charm is smoothly discharged, and the shiny aluminum alloy body is adopted, and the engine room is attractive and durable.

The intake pressure relief valve has the advantage of being more sensitive than the original one. With the pleasant bleed sound, it can be said that it is a modified part of a turbo car. The peculiar deflation sound of HKS can be used to inform from a long distance: the turbo monster is coming.
