A speaker system developed to be a high-performance compact monitor speaker that reduces only the size of a high-performance large speaker.

Nicknamed "Big Ben," it is used as studio monitors around the world and has achieved sales of over 300,000 units.

The low-frequency range is provided by an 18cm cone woofer.

The diaphragm uses a white straight cone of conical type. The diaphragm is manufactured using the sheet method, which minimizes irregularities in density and thickness. The edge uses a flexible, high-compliance roll edge that does not change over time.

The magnetic circuit uses a ferrite magnet with a magnetic flux density of 10,800 Gauss, a voice coil edgewise wound with heat-resistant copper ribbon wire, and a lightweight voice coil bobbin to achieve high efficiency and high input resistance.

A 3.5cm soft dome tweeter is mounted in the high frequency range.

The diaphragm is made of a soft dome integrally molded with a tangential edge.

The magnetic circuit uses a 14,000Gauss ferrite magnet, a 27mmφ voice coil made of heat-resistant copper-clad aluminum wire, and a lightweight craft bobbin to achieve high input resistance and high efficiency.

The network section uses MP capacitors and other components to achieve high sound quality.

The enclosure is a sealed type with a six-sided one-piece construction made of 12 to 15 mm thick particleboard joined with a special strong adhesive. The air suspension by the sealed system controls the movement of the cone paper and reduces the mechanical resistance of the edges. The inside is filled with filler material selected according to the auditory sensation.

The exterior is finished in black real-wood paint.
