During normal business hours on weekdays we will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.

Shipping Requirements

We ship within 2 business days of payment. We try to ship the next business day after payment, but occassionally there are delays and it takes 2 days. We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it, but if you wish to have it packed to specific requirements please contact us either before purchasing or right after. A delay in contacting us may result in our not being able to meet your requirements. There may be an additional fee depending on the requirements.
