Postage stamp block “The Children of Victory Are Drawing the Ukraine of the Future” was issued on 1 June 2023 to the International Day for Protection of Children.

Sketches for the postage stamps, unstamped art envelope and postcard are the illustrations that were the favorites of the Ukrainian nationwide competition organized by Ukrposhta. The authors are Oleksandra Fedorchuk (14 years old, Kyiv region), Veronika Ivantsova (9 years old, Khmelnytskyi), Oleksandra Bushynska (13 years old, Odesa region), Anastasia Mysko (12 years old, Khmelnytskyi region), Varvara Koliesova (9 years old, Mykolayiv region), Heorhii Sosnytskyi (6 years old, Kharkiv city) and Diana Vasylenko (4 years old, Poltava city).

The set includes a block of five postage stamps block "The Children of Victory Are Drawing the Ukraine of the Future”, an unstamped art envelope and a postcard.
