Up for sale is a Macbook Pro 15” 2.53GHz Intel Core i5 500GB 8GB RAM 2010-EL CAP 

Screen is Matt. 

Has bad ding on side, and top left of screen, does not affect the performance. 

Back lid has bad dings (Pics) 

Battery holds a charge, I cannot guarantee battery life. 

Was missing bottom mounting screws, used aftermarket, not flush but tight. 

Magsafe is 85 watt OEM

Installed a fresh copy of EL CAP . 

8GB ram 

This unit is 12 years old, still good for simple tasks. 

Youtube, Facebook, and other streaming site will be very slow, and may cause laptop to overheat. 

Only good for simple research & emails.
