This grommet kit (6 grommets) is used to retain the side cover plates onto Genuine SAAS Recliner Seats.

SAAS offers a 1 year limited warranty on their goods.
Any item which is to be returned to SAAS Automotive will only be accepted once approval has been granted by SAAS Automotive and a Return Authorisation (RA) number has been generated. SAAS Automotive reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not to have met the guidelines set out upon creation of a RA. The cost of returning rejected items is the responsibility of the customer and SAAS Automotive reserves the right to hold products until payment of shipping has been made. Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items from overseas or special order will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied

  2. Returns for this product are accepted only due to the product being faulty from a manufacturing issue and will not be accepted for any other reason. 
  3. All returns will be less the original or "Free Freight" cost of the original shipping. Any returns other than a faulty product will also incur a 10% restocking fee. 
 The return period for any of the above is 30 days only. All returned products must be returned in a re-sellable condition and will be thoroughly inspected before any sort of refund is issued. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at the BUYERS expense.

All SAAS products are thoroughly inspected and packaged with the greatest care before shipping.

Please note the free shipping of 3-6 business days, I am located in Townsville North QLD, it takes 3 days to Brisbane, 3-6 to NSW, ACT & VIC, 6-10 TAS & SA and 10-14 WA & NT for free freight! Please be aware of that when taking the free freight option which is just standard slow freight.

Express freight is NOT available for seats or bulky items.

International freight is charged at a flat rate only. These rates can be found in the shipping info on each listing.

ALL SAAS SEATS ARE SHIPPED WITH A COURIER. PO BOXES WILL NOT BE ACCPETED AND THE SEATS MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
