The Foamworks set comes with the pieces you see pictured in the first photo. I counted 2 missing foam pieces and 3 missing plastic pieces when compared to the box information. Plenty of parts left for building and creating. There are suggestions for building with these pieces on the back of the box. They show a Tinkercopter, Robot, Space-chicken and a Rolling Car. Foam pieces are flexible. The box has wear and tear as you might expect from a used item.
