Vintage, used, in excellent condition except for a small dent between numbers 3 and 4 and rusty spots under the counter. They weigh ounces and pounds, use the top sliding bars to weigh the ounces and the handle on the bottom moves into grooves to weigh the pounds. Instructions leaflet included.
