ÜBER MÄRCHEN-HOLZBILDER: Die Ära der Märchen-Holzbilder dauerte etwa von den 1930er bis 1970er Jahren. Vor allem in Deutschland wurden Millionen davon hergestellt, aber auch im Ausland, allen voran die Niederlande. Die großen Namen der Kunstgewerbe-Manufakturen hießen Hellerkunst, Mertens-Kunst, Original Bergischer Engel, Grossmann Reit im Winkl und Ravi-Kunst, aber es gab weit über 100 weitere Hersteller. 🇬🇧 ABOUT GERMAN WALL FIGURES: The era of Fairy Tale Wood Plaques / Pictures lasted roughly from the 1930s to the 1970s. The German producers sold millions of them, by art craft manufacturers like Hellerkunst, Mertens-Kunst, Original Bergischer Engel, Grossmann Reit im Winkl and Ravi-Kunst, but there were hundreds of other producers, too. Those sold their Germany Wall Figures worldwide. But there were also some foreign manufactures, mainly in the Netherlands, in the region of Holland. (6/23)
