Length from waist 45 (all skirts from Victorian Choice are 45 in length, regardless of size.)  Wear with or without a hoop skirt.

This dress contains a lot of fabric.  It weighs almost 2 1/2 pounds, so with a box it will ship at just under the 3 lb. rate.
