If the above option is not available to any customers it is most likely because you are requesting an invoice from an Ebay app, which for some reason will not allow this option.
It seems that using a web browser is the only way to allow the invoice request option. If this is the case for the customer, then the other option is that you buy what you want and I will be sure to combine everything from my end and issue the correct refund and postage discount if necessary.
