Boy Scouts of America, explorer activity patch.

 

Red rolled edge approximately 3 inch round patch, light blue twill right background, red letters, no fdl, Indian in snow at tent, gauze cloth back.  Indian Winter Games 1964 Deep Freeze Post 108.  Don’t think this was sewn but shows some box wear, presents very good.
