ROYAL DOULTON 1945  "Rosebud" Figurine #83902 from 1983 England Bone China.  This figurine measures 7.75 inches tall.  She is holding a basket of yellow roses.  She does have a chip on her front side under her neck where the bow of her bonnet is missing.  She is also missing some of the green felt pads that she sets on. It does have a stamp and dated initials on the bottom.   Please look at the pictures as they are part of the description.
