Came upon a large box of these guys at an estate auction, each sealed in individual bags and assorted varieties.   I have opened only for photos and then replaced in bag.  I hate to say "New" since I got from auction rather than store, but they are in pristine condition with no marks on them.   It's possible they were originally packaged for use at Breyerfest or some similiar event.
