Both the quilted fabric on the front & back, as well as the lace, buttons & ribbon are original. 

You can see the original stitching on the quilted pieces, the sides & the little squooshy bottom of the heart showing how it stood for so many years! 

Just a unique & gorgeous piece!

 It was gently loved, & apart from the squooshy bit at the bottom, shows very little use. 

There are no tears or rips in the fabric, all pieces are intact & without stain or other issues.

 The ribbon was glued on in one section. 

The heart measures about 9" inches X 10" inches. 

Very unique, wonderful & a great gift for a person who loves DIY!
