Panty Style 

This is what I call a bubble bloomer.  I have made a seamless bloomer and attached both it and my popular seamless men's full-cut brief inside. 

Seamless means that there are no seams in the crotch area.   Both the panty and the bloomer were one piece of fabric and the only seams sewn together were the side seams.  

The bloomer and panty share the same waistband.   However, they both have separate leg elastics.  (This allows for the panty elastic to hold the fabric snug to your body and the bloomer leg elastic is several inches longer - allowing a looser bubble fit.)

BLOOMER SIDE SEAMS ARE 12 INCHES.

PANTY CROTCH IS 6 INCHES WIDE.
