Shipping Policy

UK Orders

By default all our items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery and includes cost of postage, packing, preparation and labelling etc.

We offer upgrades to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order.

Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However on some unforeseen occasions items are sent 24-48 hours after payment (if you have specific details please let us know when you order and we will be more than happy to assist you.) 

All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.

Royal Mail normally aim to deliver within 3-5 working days after posting via Second Class. 

Royal Mail advise 90% of items sent via First class arrive next day. 

However Royal Mail do state to allow up to 15 working days for your item to arrive. We do not expect you to wait this long, if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please inform us.

International Orders

For delivery in the EU please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.

For all other International Orders please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your order after dispatch.

We also offer an upgraded option of International Signed for delivery for peace of mind.

Collection

We do not provide collections as we are an internet based company.

Returns Policy

Returns of faulty or unwanted goods can be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

The cost of posting the item back is the responsibility of the buyer (in case of unwanted goods) and should be sent through a reliable method.

Faulty items will be tested for any fault and a refund will be given within 7 days of receipt including the cost of posting the item back.

We do not accept any liability if your order is delayed by Royal mail or due to adverse weather.

Monday to Friday (from 9AM to 7PM)
* Saturday and Sunday warehouse closed due to weekend holidays
* Please do not include Bank holidays and Christmas holidays

Feedback
Our aim to send the right item on right time, but still we are humans and humans can do mistakes. we always ready to solve the issue as soon as possible. If a customer does not get the item please try to contact us before leaving and bad feedback. post can be lost in transit to stuck in courier depo. we do feel the same pain when a customer does not get the post on time.

If a customer finds any problem please contact us via eBay inbox ( to contact seller ) and allow us to solve your problem in next 24 hours, we always try our best to keep delivering the best service. Please allow us to solve the issue and  try to avoid to open the case.

Negative feedback,, does not solve the problem...so please allow us to solve it for you, if an item lost in post then we offer to refund your money or offer replacement, after getting either of the options please do not leave the negative feedback. this is disrespect for both of us. because if the delivery is lost in post this is not our fault, we can dispatch it on time and send it on time. please try to understand this situation.
