Frayed Hem Note-  If you're a fan of frayed hems you probably already know the hem can have a mind of its own.  Frayed hem's can curl, unravel, fold or bend in any direction which is why you "may" have to iron, steam or trim the frayed hem's to make it lay flat and uniform when you receive the shorts.  The shorts are being shipped in a USPS Padded Envelope so you will have to do some sort of "prettying up" the frayed hems for sure.  The postal handling and the weight of other USPS packages on the shorts will most definitely cause the frayed hems to bend and wrinkle for sure.  Just like if you order a shirt online and it looks all pressed and nice in the pictures, then you get it and it's all smashed & wrinkled out of the package.  Now you know why.  Haha!  You could also leave it as is to give the frayed hem a raw untamed look.  It's totally up to you.  Please keep this in mind before making any purchase decision.  Thanks.

MSRP Tag Note- The $109.50 MSRP tag(see last picture) was only on the size 30 for some reason.  All other sizes have all the Miss Me tags(see 2nd to last picture) except the $109.50 MSRP tag.  All shorts were bought at the same time in the same store.

About Item:

Miss Me denim shorts are 100% real and not a cheap low quality overseas fake.  Shorts were personally bought by me from a large national retailer here in the United States.  I absolutely did not buy any of my Miss Me products from overseas like a lot of other online listings.  My clothing products may sometimes cost a little more, but you can rest assured you're getting what you paid for.  Don't be a Miss Me product counterfeit victim.  My outstanding 2000+ positive reviews to negative feedback ratio speaks for the quality and authenticity of my items.  Guaranteed 100% authentic retail store bought product.  My clothing items do not come from classified ads, thrift stores, garage sales, other online auctions or buying from some guy at the swap meet.

Expedited Shipping:

Ships in a USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelope with quick 0 to 1 business day handling time before your item ships out.  Shorter handling times equal quicker deliveries.  Buy with confidence since I'm Top Rated and known for super fast shipping anywhere in the United States.  I ship coast to coast out of Hawaii(Oahu) to all 50 states Monday thru Friday.  It doesn't matter if you live in Alaska, Puerto Rico, North Dakota, Michigan, Ohio, Texas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Florida, Virginia, New York or anywhere in the god bless the USA; I can get the item to you in the same time frame and at the same cost as if I were shipping it to a nearby West Coast state such as California.  It's a huge myth that items shipped out of Hawaii using USPS takes twice as long to arrive to a mainland destination.  This myth is a big as the one where people in Hawaii live in grass shacks and drink Mai Tai's by the beach everyday.  Or is it?  Haha!!  The reason why my eBay items arrive in a timely manner to their destinations no matter where you are in the United States is because USPS Honolulu ships out all their USPS First Class/Priority Mail items every business night on commercial planes(not barges) to the mainland.  This is easily accomplished because our main post office is located at the Daniel K. Inouye airport you all fly into when visiting Honolulu(Oahu).  Basically, if I get the package to the airport USPS post office before 8 pm Hawaii time M-F it will be on a plane that same night headed for the Continental United States.  It truly is a time saving mailing operation since we are located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.  I ship to New York and Florida routinely and still have maintained an excellent positive to negative feedback ratio with the highest possible 5-star shipping speed rating overall average because of our efficient USPS overnight mainland delivery system.  Please feel free to check my customer ratings and my fast shipping comments from actual paying customers from all over the country.  Bottom line, I don't ship hundreds of items a week, just a few; so you know your item always gets the attention it deserves.

No Returns.  Why?  Am I Covered If Something Goes Wrong?
  • I don't offer refunds on the majority of my items now because of mainly 2 reasons.  First, I no longer can charge an "automatic" restocking fee for returns on eBay.  As a result, I was previously losing between $5 to $18+(my shipping cost to you) on every return.  With profit margins being so tight, a return can make an item not profitable or not worth relisting again.  Secondly, I'm tired of fighting fraudulent returns.  Yeah, I win the majority of the fraud cases, but the 1% you lose literally makes you want to quit online reselling for good.  It feels that bad.  Just ask any online reseller.  You can be 1000% right, yet still lose the return claim on a minor technicality.  UGH!!!  I finally realized after years of selling, it was not worth the headaches or losing sleep over since I don't have say a 100 of one item to sell.  I normally have only 1 or at most a handful of a particular item which makes selling an item(s) for me pretty easy since eBay easily has over a 100 million customers.
  • There is an unexpected bright side to my no refund policy.  From what I hear, many of my clothing customers are now forced to measure their own personal clothing items and compare it with the Overall Measurements in the listing to see if my eBay item will fit them instead of "guessing and hoping it fits" like they were accustomed too for a returnable item.  Like the majority of clothing online buyers around the world, many of my customers had absolutely no clue what their technical overall clothing measurements were because of free online returns.  They really only knew the basics like "I wear a medium shirt and a 33" waist pants".  I would say after measuring thousands of clothing items, a medium in one brand can be sized much smaller or bigger than a medium in another brand because of the design cut or the material itself.  This is why any customer of mine who were reluctantly forced to finally figure out their technical clothing measurements because of my no buyer's remorse refunds brings a smile to my face.  I 100% know they will definitely save money and time in their future online clothing purchases because a lot of online businesses charge a 10 to 25 percent return restocking fee for sizing issues and let's face it; it's a hassle and a big waste of time to return something online.  I don't know anybody who likes repackaging an item then driving it back to the post office or a big box store return center.
  • I know offering no returns does affect my sales which is why I ALWAYS go above and beyond when describing and photographing my eBay items so there are absolutely no "surprises" when you receive an item from me.  Some of the extra things I do is ship out items no later then the next business day, list overall measurements for clothing items, try to describe every flaw even something as tiny as a store anti-theft tag pinhole, respond to all buyers questions before and after the sale, take high quality HD photos of the item(I never use stock online photos) and if I do make a mistake whether it's in the item description or the item sent; I always make it right with my buyers.  I don't like my time wasted and neither do my buyers.  The reason I'm writing this long winded "No Returns" policy is to help alleviate the stigma associated with "no returns means something is wrong with the item, it's something nobody wants or I'll be stuck with something I never ordered".  Nothing could be further from the truth as explained in the following paragraph.
  • All a No Return Policy does is stop a return because of YOU- buyer's remorse.  Some classic examples of buyers remorse are "I changed my mind", "I don't need it anymore" or "I wish I got a different color".  It will never ever stop a return if I send you something you didn't order or is not as described.  For example, you order a sports jersey from me and I send you a shirt.  You order a blue jacket and I send you a yellow one.  You order a men's pants and I send you a women's pants.  You are covered and protected in all of these situations plus many more by eBay's money back guarantee and will get 100% of your money back.
  • To conclude, I've easily sold over 4000 items going all the way back to my college days and 1000+ items since I stopped accepting returns for the majority of my items a few years back.  Many of these items have sold for more than a $100 with a majority of them over $50.  Ask any online reseller when you sell items for over a $100 online you better be accurate on your item description and on top of your shipping and packaging or you will get negative feedback for sure.  1000+ recent actual buyers have left positive feedback stating they love my items and service.  Hopefully, I can add you to this list and we can do a deal today or in the near future.  Thanks for your time.  :)
