#952
Hello, up for grabs I have a TWISTER STRIKE SCARECROW Kenner DC Comics Batman Legend of the Dark Knight.  I collected for years, displaying the toys, so they are almost all open. I try to show every aspect of the toy in my photos HOWEVER, MAKE SURE YOU LOOK AT THE LAST PHOTOS. If I found a piece that was missing, an accessory etc. It will be in the last photos. if you don't see an accessory that a toy was supposed to come with, ask me, I did end up with a box with some unidentified pieces/parts. I try to include all the original paperwork, and the card. I do not have the blister packs for ANY of my open toys, unless you see it in the photos.

Please understand that sometimes plastic toys break, and back when I was collecting, I would have just fixed them by pinning and gluing. That means drilling a hole in both sides, placing a metal "pin" in the hole with glue and clamping until dry. Most of my toys are not broken, but some have been repaired. Ask questions if condition is super important to you. If a toy is electronic, I try to show it working, and the battery compartment, so that you know which batteries you need and if they were corroded or not.

Please note, most plastic metallic toys will have scratches, their coating is fragile.

NOTE ON COMBINED SHIPPING. The best way to buy will be to save yourself money by combining shipping. It costs very little more to ship two toys than it does one. However, I cannot tell you how much more until you buy them. Please don't write and ask, I'm not going to pull toys out, bundle them and weigh them ahead of time. I will save you money with combined shipping, but that doesn't mean each additional toy will ship for free. Ebay charges me a percentage of EVERYTHING you pay, including shipping and tax (To answer your question, yes, that is legal for them to do.), and I pass that cost on to the consumer in the shipping fee. Don't be alarmed by that, if it wasn't in the shipping fee, it would be in the cost of the item. Costs have to be covered.

Please look at the scans and/or photos and ask any questions you have BEFORE purchasing.

--SHIPPING--
I have listed several shipping options. Please choose the shipping option that is best for you. Your choice will determine the cost and speed at which your item arrives. IF YOU ARE ON A PHONE, IT CAN BE TRICKY TO FIND WHERE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE, BUT I ALMOST ALWAYS LIST MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR YOU TO CHOOSE FROM.

--INTERNATIONAL BUYERS--
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE READ - If you don't see an option for your country, just contact me. First, please make sure you find the shipping section within the listing and choose from the options I provide. I almost always provide multiple options.
--PACKAGING--
I take pride in my packaging and shipping. I am aware of the ways that items can be damaged in shipping and take care to protect your purchases. I want your items to reach you in the condition you purchased them in just as much as you do.I USE CLEAN RECYCLED BUBBLE WRAP, E FOAM AND PEANUTS AND BOXES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
I ship comic books in their own individual used or new bag with boards some of the time. There are times that I wil ship lots of comics without individual bags and boards, but they will be shipped well protected. I package all comics stiff, in flat mailers or in boxes. I use bubble wrap, e-foam, peanuts and sometimes paper as padding. I re-use packaging materials as much as I can.
--Comic book & Collectible CONDITION disagreements--
I will not make a refund for a disagreement on condition without a return. Returns may, at my discretion, require that the buyer pays the shipping and an up to 20% restock fee. I will not argue about condition. I am creating listings that have photos and/or scans and you are encouraged to ask questions first. I have collected comic books for around 35 years, I am not a professional, but I am experienced and my conditions are honest. I use the various condition grading resources, books, videos and online sites that are available to all collectors. I will describe collectibles the best I can and you are responsible for your purchase. If you are not happy and we cannot work something out, (remember, no partial refunds due to condition disagreements) then you may choose to return the item and pay the return shipping costs.
--NEW TO COLLECTING?--
Collecting is a hobby with many special terms, and variables that are not always as intuitive as one might think. In other words, don't assume you know anything. If it is not explicitly stated in my listing then ask a question. Don't quite know what those acronyms and fancy terms are? Things such as page whiteness, shelf wear, ding, stress, variant, chipping, oxidation, acid staining, Silver, Bronze, Copper Age, Full Bleed, JLA, JSA, BTVS, LOTR, ST:TNG, VF, GN, HC, PF, PB, TPB, OGN, OAV, MOC, MISB, DCU, MSRP, PLOD, CGC, PGX or any of the other hundreds of common collectible item terms. ASKING QUESTIONS RELATED TO A PURCHASE IS ENCOURAGED. Just don't expect me to explain the whole hobby to you, there are many books and videos that can do that far better than I ever could. Please make your question specific and to the point, I'm running a business here, and time is money.
--MAKING AN OFFER--
I will ignore offers of less than half and do not give discounts for large orders. Please don't send my your list and then an offer for less than what I am listing the items at. I do not give discounts for mass purchases beyond anything stated in my listing.
I NEVER END AUCTIONS (without a buy it now option,) EARLY DUE TO AN OFFER.
I GENERALLY WILL NOT BREAK UP A LOT (a really good offer might convince me.)
--RETURNS--
I'm glad to take a return on any item I sell but please be aware that unless you may be responsible for the return shipping. Any and all returns must be in the original condition I sold it to you in and packaged the same way I shipped it (sealed, shrink wrapped, unused etc...), insured with delivery confirmation and shipped same method received unless otherwise prompted. Returns go back to the same address they came to you from. Some items are sold as in the package collectibles, removing them from the packaging will suspend your buyer protection. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD NEW IN PACKAGE. Returns may, at my discretion, have any and all original shipping costs (including "free" shipping) deducted before refunding and may have a restocking fee of up to 20%. Items damaged in the return process will be worked out through the insurance you purchased when you returned the item. If I find that I am at fault for damage or mis-shipment, I of course will take care of it.
--IF YOU RECEIVED A PACKAGE DAMAGED BY CARRIER--
Item damaged in the mail? In buying an item from me you are agreeing to help out in any insurance claim. You get any given refund from me, I get the refund from the carrier. To start, you show me a picture of the damage and the damaged packaging along with the correspondence or notes from the USPS. We may end up working it out through insurance and a postal inspector might need to take possession of the item or I may ask for a part to be mailed back, like a book cover or part of the box or I may call it a wash. No refunds from returns are made until an item or partial item is returned. Remember you need to save any damaged packaging and the damaged item as well because it may need to be given to the PO as part of a claim.
--IF YOUR ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE--
First of all, watch the tracking information provided online before contacting me. If the item shows that it has arrived, and you did not get it, FIRST contact your local carrier, ask your neighbors if they received or saw the item, look around your neighborhood, and then contact me. Any item that is attempted to be delivered to you and then refused, marked return to sender, un-deliverable, vacant, etc. will result in USPS attempting to be return it to me, that is USPS policy. HOWEVER, from experience, I can tell you that those types of returns can take a long time. Please do your best not to have this happen by letting your carrier, lobby man, building post office etc. know that you are receiving a package. I have both shipped/received items in the mail for over 35 years and one thing I've learned is that packages very very seldomly go missing due to the carrier. It is usually something else, a sticky fingered neighbor, a temporary carrier person who drops off the package at the wrong house followed by a possibly sticky fingered recipient, a buildings faulty delivery system, a forgetful lobby man, a well meaning neighbor etc.
