Important: NO RETURNS are accepted on Donor PCB's. Replacing a Hard Drive PCB requires soldering. Once soldered, the item has been tampered with. Any return requests will be denied. If you're not happy with the risk, don't buy the item.
Replacing most modern PCB boards requires some SOLDERING, this usually consists of swapping the BIOS chip from your dead board.
Simply replacing the board without soldering will not fix the issue, without replacing the BIOS chip the drive may not be visible to the PC and may appear dead.
Please make sure that the above identifiers match your hard drive exactly, if they do not match exactly, it's highly likely that the repair will not work
Swapping the board is not guaranteed to fix your hard drive issues, this does not mean that the board supplied was faulty, or that you have done a bad solder job on the BIOS chip, it simply means that the problem was likely not the PCB board in the first place. Other problems that may cause your drive to fail include damaged heads/discs or a faulty motor.
If the donor PCB is supplied with the entire Hard Drive, the hard drive is not intended for normal use, it has not been fully tested for bad sectors. The sale is for the PCB board (only) that is intended to be used on your dead hard drive.

- Damaged items. It's your reasonability to reject damaged packages. If the package has been opened and the item is damaged, I will help you claim from the delivery company. They will require images of the damage, the outer and inner packaging. Claims can take 6-8 weeks or more to resolve. A refund will only be given once resolved with the delivery company.
- Shipping can occasionally take longer than expected, and delivery companies can misplace or lose items. We will follow up all late/missing items with the delivery company, but please be aware this process can take 1-2 weeks or more. At this point your package is in the hands of the delivery company and the situation is out of our control. No refund will be offered whilst any lost items claim is in process.
