Vintage 1960's Lithograph Marx Colonial Dollhouse. Steel lithographic dollhouse with red brick and white clapboard siding and plastic windows and door. Colonial manor. 5.5" ceilings, 25"wide, 8" deep and 16" tall including chimney.  The dollhouse has two storeys with three rooms lower level and three room upper level with balcony. Living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and bathroom with lithographic interiors. Exterior has white lithographed siding on top storey and lithographed brick on the lower storey with green shingle roof. Complete with lithographed green shutters and plants.  Manufactured by Marx. Made in the USA. 1968. In good condition.  Has some wear. Please review pictures.  No furniture.
