Used Wacom Intuos3 6x8" USB graphics tablet (PTZ-630).  Includes a third-party Intuos3-compatible grip pen.  Pen has two side-buttons, eraser, 1 included tip, and a slipcase.

Both tablet and pen have been tested to be working.
