This cookware is made of heavy-gauge hard anodised aluminum which provides excellent heat conduction and uniform cooking.

It is twice as hard as stainless steel, and the premium non-stick coating on the pan interior and exterior makes cleaning quick and easy. All pans are dishwasher safe for ultimate convenience.

Payment

  • We  accept payments through PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit to our Bank Account, details of   which will be provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure you leave your eBay user ID  in the reference field   when making deposits so that we can trace your  payment.
  • All payments must be cleared prior to dispatch of goods.
Shipping

Shipping can be a victim of forces beyond our direct control. So if problems do arise, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
                       
 
  • Your product will be handled carefully to ensure safety during transportation.
  • Item will be dispatched within two working days after payment is clear.
  • Local pick us can be avaiable for some items, please contact buyer for details.
  • We deliver using Australia Post and where appropriate courier companies though you may see only Australia post service in the "postage&payment" tab. In most circumstances you can trace in eBay once the item is dispatched and we advise the information of the carrier and your parcel's tracking number.                            
  • Some small items will be ship via Australia Post Letter service, tracking information is not available in this circumstance, we will highlight the deliver method in the list in advance. If thing goes wrong occassionally, we are not responsible for item non receipt due to stolen/loss during delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any item lost/stolen/damaged during transit, we strongly recommend you purchase transit cover/insurance to provent things happen, we offer 1.5% insurance rate for value up to $5000, please contact seller for more information.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 day exchange or refund policy.
Return the Item to us within 30 days of delivery.

Return/replace: buyer pays for return and re-ship postage
Return/refund: buyer pays for return postage and we issue refund once receiving item, postage&handling fee is not refundable.

Warranty Policy
Most items come with standard manufacture warranty, you may find the warranty card/paper in the retail package, you should contact the service center with provided contact method in case you claim a warranty case. Product warranty excluded from standard manufacturer warranty will be covered by us, one year standard return to base warranty, product need to be returned to us for replacement or refund subject to stock availability. please contact us for any warranty claim.
