Radio was charged and it does come on and deliver the initialization chirp.  Emergency button worked and when keyed up the red light flashed momentarily.  As pictured radio is in rough condition.  Battery did not appear to hold the charge.  

Item is being sold as is for parts even though it may be a functioning radio.  

Priced based on other parts radio prices and the fact that it appears to be functional to at least some degree.  Make an offer if interested.  Thanks for looking.
