Shipping- arrival times, generally we ship out items within 1 to 5 business days depending on our schedule , then it takes an additional 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS in transit depending on your location, so it may take 1-2 weeks before your item arrives. If you need it faster, ASK PRIOR TO BIDDING if we can accommodate your timeframe so you are not disappointed if it takes longer than you think it should. We do not accept returns because of “item no longer needed, took longer etc”

Some sellers charge a pickup fee, Our fair policy is this: (unless stated otherwise in ad): Pickup is only available Mon thru Fri 9-5 (NO weekends/ we do not stay late or come in early). You must let us know ahead of time when you can come and then receive acknowledgement that we have item ready for pickup as some items are in off site storage. Prepay (PAYPAL) or bring cash on pickup (CASH ONLY/No checks for pickup!) Unless other arrangements are made, pickup is due within 2 weeks of end of auction. $10 per week storage thereafter.
